Fly tying wires are used in all disciplines of fly fishing, however, the market offerings were inconsistent with the amount per spool, colours and often they would go rusty after several uses. Due to this we turned our focus onto wires and improving the fly tyers experience.
All the Semperfli wires are non-tarnishing and come in a large range of colours.
0.1mm Wire is ultrafine and can be used even for small dry flies and it is microlight. 30 meters per spool. 42 SWG
0.2mm Wire is ideal for Lures, Streamers, Salmon, Saltwater and Predator flies. 20 meters per spool. 36 SWG
0.3mm Wire is ideal for ribbing and adding weight to a fly, from delicate Nymphs and Dries through to large Bugs, Saltwater petters, Ice fishing Wireworms, and of course the famous Brassie Nymphs. 10.0 meters per spool
