Description
Dry Fly Rooster Neckscome from a physically small bird. Although the feathers are not long, they are naturally dry with very stiff barbs. All three grades are a very good value. These little birds are from India and are closely related to their native wild fowl. Originally, they were the only good source of stiff dry fly hackle.
