A very nice VR Design (Vladimir Rachenko) Mykiss Incomparabile raised pillar fly reel, 3 1/3″ diameter and set up for LHW. Mint condition. The reel weighs 10.3 ounces on my scale. This is the large arbor version of Vlad’s new line of Mykiss reels, and also has a wider spool width. Polished aluminum frame and spool with a brass foot. Raised pillar design. Two medallions set into the front plate are engraved, the first with the maker and model, and the second with the serial number “53”. The backplate features the drag adjuster dial with twelve positions. Ivorine handle. Smooth click and pawl design and the spool is palmable for extra control. The reel packs into a neoprene pouch and the box with original paperwork. A very nice package here salmon and steelhead anglers!
