The heavier version of the TMC206BL, the TMC226 is still a 1X fine wire dry fly capable hook that was designed to hold up on larger fish. With a slightly upturned eye and uniquely curved shank, this hook holds a fine-tuned balance of shank and gape. Offered in a standard barbless bronze finish, the TMC 226BL is perfect for caddis pupa & larva style nymphs, floating nymphs, emergers, soft hackles, and even some parachute flies. Sold in packs of 25 hooks.
