Talisman is Tica’s top-of-the-line spinning reel series with the aluminum main body, stainless steel gears, and 30% more powerful drag with up to 14 ball bearings for super-smooth operation. Designed primarily for inshore to offshore saltwater fishing, the high-speed gearing is perfect for deep water jigging techniques as well.
