Description
The classic Microchenille was one of the first synthetic textile-derived materials used in fly tying. Characterized by very short, sparse fibers without any iridescent or shiny effect, they are held in position by a special glued core. One of the basic products for all small natural-looking flies.
Excellent for creating compact bodies and body extensions, also very useful for imitations geared towards alternative fly fishing.
Also available in spool packaging.
