A rare Saracione SCA (Saracione Classic American) fly reel, 2 5/8″ diameter and set up for LHW (though easily reversible). The reel weighs 5.3 ounces on my scale. Joe offered these bench-made reels in the mid 1980’s and they are pretty tough to come by. Near mint condition, with a few mounting marks on the reel foot but almost no other signs of use that I could find. Gorgeous S-handle design with black anodized aluminum sideplates, and a unique removable spool system. Gold anodized frame. Fixed click check. No bag. A great little option for light trout fishing by one of the best.
