Description
Fly patterns are always evolving New methods or ideas come up and it’s what makes fly tying so much fun! Playing around with new methods keeps us excited, learning and creating better patterns. This pattern is one of those new ideas that came out in the chironomid tying world in the recent years and I’m absolutely loving!! Tying the anti-static bag in as a rib instead of used as the body gives some serious depth to the segmentations. It looks more realistic in my eyes and sometimes having those realistic patterns in your fly box that can make or break a day on the water targeting extra picky fish!
