Description
Tanner’s 5150 has become his go-to pattern when he steps into the river in search of smallmouth. Use long and slow or short and fast stripping to work the fly like a baitfish. Or, you can also let this fly sink to the bottom of rivers or lake shallows, where its articulated foam tail will keep the fly upright and turn it into a crayfish imitation.
