Neon Glow is a Super bright Flash with a subtle hint of UV. Not only is it UV it also Glows in the Dark or low light conditions. Neon Glow Flash will charge with natural light so there is no need for a UV Torch.
You will also see that each colour glows a different shade to what its original colour is giving it a 2 tone effect. Neon Glow Flash is a great new material that will work on many patterns.
