Our newest addition to the Nautilus Family: Dual action CCF-X2 drag system with twice the drag strength (20lbs+), twice the smoothness and half the startup inertia.

Fully Sealed, loaded with hybrid ceramic bearings, TPX bushing and oversized drag knob with infinadjust range settings.

The CCF-X2 Disc Braking System is an upgraded, stronger, lighter version of the Cork and Carbon Fiber brake of its predecessor. It features twice the drag surface in a dual action brake configuration. Coupled with hybrid ceramic bearings, the reel delivers less than 1% startup inertia at all drag settings. This brake unit is feather light and can be easily switched from RH to LH retrieve. The Brembo brakes of fly fishing.

Custom Anodizing

All Nautilus reels can be ordered with custom colored housings and spools. All available colors are pictured below. Anodizing varies from batch to batch, so we encourage our customers to order a spare spool at the time they order the original reel in a custom color to ensure a proper match. The cost for a custom colored reel in a single color is an additional $100 per reel. Spare spools are an additional $50 as long as they are the same color.

Delivery time for custom orders varies from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on availability. Please contact your local fly shop to process a custom reel order.
