This thinner allows a tyer to alter Loons recipes to exact specifications.
The Water Based Thinner has a special wetting agent for Loons Water-Based products only, making your Head Cement or Hard Head as good as new.
Begin by adding a few drops to the cement to be thinned, and mix. Add more Thinner as needed.
