Hareline’s Cactus Chenille is a loose weave mylar chenille, similar to ice chenille, but with pearlescent fibers for added sparkle. Cactus chenille adds a lot of flash, color, and action to your fly and is an extremely easy and effective material to work with. Wrap it tightly for a thin bodies, or multiple times for larger bodies. Great for tying wooly buggers, bass flies, plus the Davis “SPANKER”, a world record winning silver salmon fly fished throughout Alaska.
