If you want some movement in your flies you must try Haree Wiggle Dub dubbing from Hareline Dubbin. Ideally used in a dubbing loop for maximum movement and wiggle, giving your fly more body and more motion.
For tied down wiggle material try using the Wishbone Cutter/Bodkin and it will only cut fibers that have tension on it not loose material that scissors would cut through.

This is a really cool dubbing variation that works great on nymphs and emergers and streamer bodies for that little extra movement and bugginess in your flies. The colour combinations are made just so with the added rubber lengths found mixed through the dubbing.
