Description

A nice Hardy Bougle Lightweight III fly reel, 3″ in diameter and can be reeled either left or right. The reel appears unfished. A scarce model to find this one has garnered a bit of a following thanks to its handsome design, a combination of the traditional raised pillar Bougle frame coupled with teardrop porting to the spool and winding plate. It weighs 4.1 ounces on my scale. Gray frame with a silver spool and winding plates. Smooth alloy foot. Ivorine style handle. Designed to hold up to a DT5 and 30 yards of backing. The reel packs into its original maroon neoprene Hardy pouch and box with paperwork.
