Joes Grouse Mudeye is a really cool pattern that works in both lakes and streams. With dragonflies on the water just about every day, it makes sense to always have a few one hand whenever youre fishing. Especially in Victorias western lakes. These have been adapted from Joes original Grouse Mudeye with a little extra weight so they can be fished in streams too. Yet, theyre not so heavy that they become untenable in stillwater. The combination of grouse feathers, deer hair and antron dubbing allow for a slow sink rate to keep the fly in the strike zone as long as possible.
