The Killalure Cone Popper is best fished with a stop-start retrieve that includes plenty of sharp rod jerks to allow its oversized cupped face bloop and pop loudly on the surface. This loud blooping noise, combined with the big splash of water is an effective strike trigger for a wide range of predatory species. Great when fished in creeks & rivers for Barra, Jacks and Trevally. Also cast it around rocks, reef and other ocean structure for pelagics including Tuna, Mackerel, Queenfish, GTs, Tailor, Salmon, Bonito, Kingfish and most other surface feeders.
