This next in our series of kits focuses on a fly which comes into its own during the summer months. We’ve based the kit around a really successful Swedish trout pattern – which is gaining notoriety over here, theDynamite Harry – a sparsely dressed pattern used throughout the summer months and imitates a whole host of upwinged flies, like the Blue Winged Olive and Olive Upright.

This fly has gone from being a secret in the originator, Jrgen Danielssons flybox to a fly which adorns many fly anglers boxes in Sweden and beyond. This version of the Barbless Dynamite Harry has been tied with instructions from Mr Danielsson himself – and he has even given the finished fly his seal of approval.

This dry flies is perfect for targeting Trout on rivers and stillwaters and is one of the most successful patterns used during the Summer months – the warmer the weather, the smaller hook should be used.
