Description

A variation of the Blob fly with foam as a tail, the FAB was originally designed as a lake fly attractor pattern, and gives a little more of a wiggle on retrieve. While most would try to use this pattern on its own, this fly actually fishes best as the top fly on a two fly setup, with the main point fly on bottom. The FAB acts as an attractor for fish to follow, which then ideally see the point fly behind it and hit it. It also makes a killer daphnia fly for those who suffer from the pain of experiencing daphnia on lakes they fish.
