Originally designed as a tarpon and snook fly. (Its first victim was a 150lb migratory tarpon.) This fly has become my favorite fly for the North East. It has fooled countless Striped Bass and Bluefish and has an uncanny ability to pick finicky fish off the flats when other flies fail. Brushed tied with stainless steel wire and UV reflective synthetic materials to stand out and stand the test of time. This fly has a very natural swimming motion and a perfect baitfish profile in the water. It’s water shedding ability and lightweight materials make it a dream to cast. Use for Tarpon, Snook, Striped Bass, Red Fish, Blue Fish, False Albacore, Bonito and anything else that will eat a baitfish.
