Description
A rare Maurice Noel SA200 salmon reel, 3 3/8″ diameter and set up for LHW. The spool width is 1 3/8″ and the reel weighs 9.2 ounces. Excellent lightly used condition. There are a couple of small nicks on the frame edge, and a few touches of light wear but the reel is very clean overall. Classic S-style handle design, an aluminum clear anodized frame and black anodized side plates. The spool and plate on the cranking side are ventilated. Drum and brake shoe drag system, which is adjusted via a lever on the backplate. The nameplate on the back sports Noel’s maker stamp and also notes the original owner’s name in engraved script. Designed to hold a 9wt + 200yds of 20# backing. The reel packs into an Arne Mason leather drawstring pouch.
